  • Masters in computer science from Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
  • On EAD in the US and actively seeking employment in a growth oriented organization.
Education
  • M.Tech. Computer Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Graduated in 2005 with CPI 8.4/10.
  • Masters in Computer Science, C.C.S.University Meerut. Graduated in 2001 with 86%. Ranked 2nd in the university.
Professional and Research Experience

Oracle India Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore,   August 2005 to September 2007 (2 years)
Worked as Member Technical Staff on Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Oracle's integrated management solution. Involved in designing and implementing new features on Oracle development framework and troubleshooting existing modules. Recent Projects:
  • Transparent Data Encryption (TDE):  Worked on the design and implementation of TDE cutover to OEM for 11g database release. The application was based on J2EE framework using three-tier MVC design pattern. Integrated this with a complex table and tablespace management module to support encryption of sensitive data in table columns and tablespaces.
  • User Migration Utility (UMU): Built a tool to perform bulk migration of local and external database users to an enterprise user environment in Oracle Internet Directory, where they are stored and managed as enterprise users.
M.Tech. Dissertation at IIT Bombay,   July 2003 to July 2005

Title:
Data Management in Distributed Real Time Systems
Studied time requirements of data and tasks in a safety-critical real time system, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC). Developed a task-data centric approach for meeting the stringent time requirements of the system. Presented a unique design model based on the mode-change and data repository concepts, and scheduled the tasks to meet their timing requirements.
