Wrote custom ETL tool in Windows SAS and SQL to access Teradata
tables and load data into Microsoft Access for transport to AT&T.
Application included New Jersey and Georgia lives into existing marketing
reporting of Illinois lives. Took existing SQL code from Illinois system
and made it run inside the SAS code for processing of the New Jersey and
Georgia data. Validated source data fields from the New Jersey and
Georgia files into their proper target fields in the Illinois output
tables. Validated reports against existing Business Intelligence system,
to the penny. Enabled Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Illinois to get
substantial new business with AT&T. Thought to be impossible,
especially in the time available.

Supported credit card marketing analysis and reporting for major oil
companies and various retail private label accounts at Citigroup Credit
Card Services in Deerfield and Elk Grove Village, Illinois. Produced
series of weekly and monthly reports that detailed card usage, attrition,
and activation statuses. Designed, developed and produced new ad hoc
reports for such things as targeted marketing studies by zip code. Worked
with programs to transition inactive account holders to active usage
status. Prepared files of non-monetary transactions to repair account
