Senior Director Client Analytics (New York, NY)
This position is responsible for managing all analytic and reporting deliverables for key client engagements for a new group. The role of this position is to drive the analytic engagement to support all Relationship Management and brand engagement activities for select clients - Participates in the account and strategic planning with clients. Uses analytic and business methodologies and philosophies to design solutions to meet client’s objectives.
- Ensure client’s analytical and reporting needs are being addressed; develops plans of action when necessary. Directly accountable for customer satisfaction in regards to analytics & Reporting.
- Drives leading best practices on CRM analytics and Healthcare measurement
- Accountable for ongoing delivery effectiveness, quality assurance and customer satisfaction.
- Creates and presents business insights and recommendations based on client objectives.
- Managing and directing all client modeling/forecasting/segmentation activities. Experience with sales force optimization project management.
- Minimum requirements include 15+ years hands-on and/or managing marketing analytics
- Requirements include Masters/Doctorate Degree in Social Sciences/Computer Science/ advanced statistics/Business/Marketing
- Proficiency with SAS/SPSS and/or OLAP or Datamining tools
- Direct experience in modeling/forecasting/segmentation and in solving business problems
- Fundamental understanding of common statistical techniques
