Assignment Capsule
As an Actuarial Analyst you will develop technical and business knowledge by collecting and analyzing data related to product development, pricing, reserving, financial reporting and other actuarial functions.

• Apply expertise and technical support, under the guidance of seasoned associates, in matters related to the successful and financially sound operation of the companies business to the departments external and internal customers.
• Analyze experience reports and manual rate analyses, developing recommendations for improvements, and preparing state filings for rate changes and product implementation that will ensure the profitability and financial integrity of Humana’s business.
• Evaluate reserving estimates and assess their adequacy.
• Act as liaison to the IT department to ensure that effective rating systems are in place.
