Human Resources Workforce Planning Analyst - National Express (Warrenville, IL)

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Workforce Planning Analyst to work from our Warrenville, IL location. As an HR Workforce Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to support the Driver Recruiting Team with research, analysis, reports and recommendations related to all aspects of Driver recruitment and retention. You will create, assess, evaluate and report on recruitment activity metrics. In this role, you will develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external recruitment stakeholders to support enhancement of Driver recruitment and retention.
Requirements Include: - Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Demonstrated experience using software programs (e.g. Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Office, Excel, Access, various internet browsers) to monitor, track and report on hiring progress and results; conduct internet searches and research and prepare reports.
- Experience in a recruiting environment, providing HR support and analysis or similar environment requiring data analytics processing or customer service.
- Knowledge of the principles, practices, concepts, methods, tools, techniques and issues of recruitment to research, analyze, evaluate and make effective recommendations on a variety of aspects of recruitment
- Knowledge of research, analytical and statistical assessment and evaluation methods and techniques to analyze a large volume of data and identify trends and issues.
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
