CI Analyst - Draftcb (Chicago, IL)

Job Description

This person will play a lead role on the global strategy team to build out the agency’s needs in the following core areas :

  • Intellectual Property: these are the tools that define the agency’s approach to strategic positioning, go-to-market execution, maintaining standards of excellence and optimizing efforts on a global scale.
  • Corporate Strategy: developing global growth plans, performing revenue & profit analyses and merger & acquisition analyses.
  • Business Development: providing research and quantitative analysis to support new business efforts, defining strategic platform, and coordinating global new business teams

Required Skills & Background
  • A passion for consumer psychology, storytelling, creativity, art and business
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas to and debate with senior managers from across the agency enterprise
  • Graduate-level business and marketing degree with proven quantitative analysis skills
  • Experience managing ad hoc teams and ensuring timely execution of their assigned responsibilities

Highly Desired Skills & Background
  • Experience in a statistical analysis environment such as SPSS, SAS or R
  • Knowledge of major theories regarding brand, advertising and integrated communications
  • Knowledge of major competitors in marketing services industry
