Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Technical Lead (Redmond, WA)
This is a contract opportunity for a Technical Lead inside a globally recognized software company! You will be involved in the ad matching, ranking, and pricing technologies. The ideal candidate is a technical expert who is not afraid of jumping into the nitty-gritty technical details to drive product requirements and prioritization.
This team is at the intersection of several interesting disciplines including:
Computer Science: For instance, we use artificial intelligence to predict user click through behavior.
Economics: The pricing model is based on auction theory.
Statistics: We constantly innovate and test new features, and we rely on statistics to tell us if our data is truthful or not.
General Business: We interface with a variety of different teams including engineering, program management, product management, US and international sales, and support. To communicate effectively, our team members are comfortable discussing different aspects of the business.
Desired Experience:
- 5+ years experience as a Technical Program / Product Manager
- Must have either Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence Knowledge
- Very strong analytical/quantitative skills with ability to proactively sift data
- Phenomenal individual contributor who is a strong team player
- Aptitude for detail
- Ability to maintain composure and easily overcome tough situations
- Ability to accept and assimilate constructive feedback, self-assurance
- Strong work ethic with willingness to do what it takes to get the job done
- At least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or another related discipline
Master's Degree is a plus
BONUS SKILLS:
- Work experience in large-scale search engine marketing
- Other Online Advertising experience
