CMR Administrator - EMIT Technologies (Sheridan, WY)

Essential responsibilities of implementing and supporting EMIT's business rules using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will have professional experience developing, implementing and supporting a business model using an industry acceptable CRM platform. Must be detail orientated, have analytic thinking skills, be a self starter, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and committed to excellence.

DESCRIPTION OF ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop strong working relationship with sales team and quickly gain a solid understanding of EMIT's sales, marketing and customer relation strategies
• Plan and implement business rules for use in CRM application in a manner that best fits the goals and requirements of EMIT Technologies.
• Support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the organization. Thrive in a collaborative environment to ensure key functions are understood and implemented.
• Analyze issues and resolve difficulties with software, systems or processes.
• Build reports for CRM, internal teams and users as needed
• Analyze needs from team and provide various technical options, clarifying solutions and caveats for all options.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in CRM application implementation and administration
• Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 24 months experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organization.
• Experience participating in projects including requirements gathering, documentation, implementation and adoption.
• Effective written communication skills.
• Communication with team and end-users is critical - must possess ability to communicate technical issues with both technical and non-technical staff as needed.
• Training experience in a technical and non-technical setting preferred
