USAA is currently seeking a talented Senior Web Analyst for our San Antonio, Texas location.

As a Senior Web Analyst for USAA, you will collaborate with Channel, Product, Program and Project managers, Design teams and Executive stakeholders. Together, you will build usaa.com into a world-class website by analyzing customers' online behavior and tying those results to business goals and USAA's performance. The analyst will provide value-added recommendations to business executives, based on a solid base of quality metrics and analysis.

Additional responsibilities will include operational modeling and building causal relationships for estimating the impact of various what-if scenarios. An understanding of channel migration patterns and underlying behaviors will be emphasized.

Qualified candidates need to possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Systems Statistics, Marketing or equivalent work experience and training.
• 4+ years' experience in business analytics using data and information to drive specific site improvements.
• Experience with web analytics, multi-dimensional analytics and database tools (Visual Sciences, SAS, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail oriented well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to partner effectively with multiple teams and with multiple people.
• Tenacity to think problems through. Ability to triangulate data for validation purposes.
• Passionate about KPIs, metrics, data and the value it can add to the decision-making process.
• Experience with simulation models.

• Banking or insurance industry experience.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Six Sigma Black Belt.
