Statistical Litigation - Round Table Group (Washington, DC)

Our client represents one of many defendants in a patent infringement suit concerning plaintiff's ETL (extract, transform, load) database system. The system translates from one format database to another through an intermediate format in which data is manipulated, a system for transforming and exchanging data between distributed heterogeneous computer systems. Client seeks an expert with real world database technical experience dating from at least the early 1990s though 1997. The expert will review prior art that client has collected and opine on invalidity and obviousness of plaintiff's patent claims. The expert will consult, report and testify. Testifying experience is required and patent experience is helpful.
