Web Analytics - Freestyle Interactive (San Francisco, CA)

Job Title: Analysis
Reports to: Director of Strategy

Key Areas of responsibility

  • Responsible for on-going monthly reporting of Website analytics including organic and campaign based traffic.
  • Provide actionable insights on website data applicable to client business need and agency strategy/creative development.
  • Develop measurement and learning plans (also known as test and measurement plans) for current and new initiatives.
  • Work with and help manage external vendor(s) relating to specific analytics tools and functions.
  • Support marketing with coordination and set up of marketing campaigns, marketing tests and tracking all sources of customer acquisition across all campaigns
  • Establish key customer pathways and plan the analysis of the customer experience by combining both quantitative and qualitative factors
  • Consult with team members on how to best leverage analytics to inform business decisions and coordinate with various internal user groups to determine, analyze and identify process improvements on the site, new product initiatives and customer behavior tests.
  • Provide analytical support for customer acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Analyze merchandising and make recommendations for optimization of the on-line customer experience

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Computer Science in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of web site analytics tools, namely Omniture
  • Campaign reporting tools, namely DART and DoubleClick Advertising Agency experience including working with media, account and creative
  • Ability to analyze data and deliver actionable, measurable information and strategies
  • Marketing Strategies and execution Experience (eCommerce knowledge a Plus)
  • Designed and deployed test and measurement plans to enable marketing campaign tracking and to improve performance
  • Developed several measurement deliverables including test and measurement plans, snapshots, readouts, and monthly campaign reporting
  • Must have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with others in a fast-paced flexible team environment
  • Self starter who takes ownership while working well in collaboration with others

Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access), Webtrends, Omniture, DoubleClick DART
