Market Analyst - LifeWay Christian Resources (Nashville, TN)
Are you a marketing professional with a passion for meeting customer needs? If you are an experienced Market Analyst and you would like to use your skills to research and analyze the needs of churches for Christian resources, we would like to hear from you. The Market Research & Intelligence Department in the Church Resources Division of LifeWay Christian Resources is seeking a self-motivated person who can impact product development and promotion strategies through strong skills in data mining, primary and secondary research, traditional and online research, competitive analysis, and application of marketing research.
WE NEED: - BS in marketing, market research, statistics, strategy, or planning
- 3-5 years experience in marketing, market research, data-driven product design and marketing campaigns, general data mining, or strategy
- Experience in SAS is required
- Ability to analyze and interpret customer data into actionable strategies
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills
- Must have exceptional ability to speak and write Spanish language
- Must have a thorough understanding of the Hispanic culture and church ministry practices
- Active church participation
- Desire to apply your market research and analytical skills toward Kingdom work
- Desire to have a strong work/family life balance
