Data Manager - NatCen (London, UK)

The National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) is Britain’s largest independent social research organisation. We carry out some of the most challenging research commissioned by central government, as well as studies supported by independent grant giving organisations.

Data Manager (Ref: DM) £21,600-£32,100 depending on skills and experience.

We are looking for a Data Manager who will be responsible for constructing and maintaining survey data files for internal and external users. The work also involves checking and editing data, writing derived variables, producing documentation, providing cross-tabulations and statistical analyses, contributing to substantive and technical reports. The successful candidates will have previous experience of data management. Experience of statistical software (SPSS or STATA) or programming would be an advantage.
