The Digital Marketing organization is responsible for all digital marketing and CRM within Services & Software's domains such as Games, Music, and Maps. The Digital Marketing organization is part of the Suites Management & Marketing Unit under Services & Software.
The Analytics Manager drives the development and implementation of outstanding analytics within the S&S businessess to support the Digital Marketing, Customer Relationship and Online Sales functions within the S&S Service Lines and Digital Marketing teams.
Business Analysts will typically focus on multiple business unit platforms and work with technology teams closely to identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements. They will also be expected to partner outside the business units and outside the company to ensure that best practices in metrics and decision making are being exposed to management and core website decision makers.
Responsibilities: - Support the analytic needs of a business unit by analyzing web traffic using clickstream tools such as HBX, etc. Produce reports relating to outcomes.
- Create holistic dashboards by pulling data from different data sources and websites for presentations to senior management team.
- Collaborate with external partners and agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
- Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple “listening posts” (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research etc).
- Consult with senior business leaders to identify issues that can be informed by metrics and analytics and deliver high-quality recommendations to address the issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and build business or data models, tools and plans for new products, programs or to facilitate business decisions or HR recommendations.
- Recommend changes to existing products, policies, and processes that improve overall performance and economics.
- Identify, define, collect, and track key business metrics for new and existing products.
- Provide guidance to other analysts in their creation of forecast, operational, financial, and statistical models.
Required Experience:- Weekly, monthly reports.
- Lead development of senior management dashboards.
- Website behavior and customer experience analysis.
- Data consolidation and validation.
- Coordinating tags, tracking parameter implementations.
- Lead creation and completion of Multivariate and A/B testing documents (from hypothesis creation to influencing creatives to identifying success metrics) and post test analysis.
- Documentation relating to existing processes and suggestion / presentations for improving those processes.
