Statical Programmer/ Data Analyst, contract (Seattle, WA)

Successful candidates will join a group of highly motivated data analysts at Rosetta in Seattle and will collaborate closely with colleagues in Merck Research Laboratories at various sites in analyzing gene expression and other data for drug discovery and development programs.

Responsibilities:

Candidates should have MS or PhD in biological, computational, or physical science, 2-5 years of working experience in the area of data analysis and bioinformatics, and flexibility to work cross functional groups with deadlines. Experience of statistical data analysis and familiarity with data mining software are required. Proficiency in Matlab, R, or SAS is also required.
